Find Your Little Big Thing

In the NHS we believe ‘Every Mind Matters’. Today is World Mental Health Day and we want to highlight that ‘doing the little things can make a big difference to your mental health’.

This could be something like taking a small walk, having a chat with a friend, or some breathing exercises.
