Our patient participation group is an important part of the practice, and any of our patients can choose to be part of it. Your experiences matter and you can bring different ideas to the surgery to help us improve.
PPG meetings are usually held in the practice once a month with the practice manager and care coordinator. It is a chance for the practices patients and employees to get together and discuss the goings on within the practice. PPG members offer their opinion on matters such as telephone systems, information boards, website updates etc. Members act as the main interface between the practice and the patients, by giving opinions & working on projects.
We believe that by sharing information and discussing issues that patients face, we can help our practice deliver better quality services and make the necessary improvements.
